Reservations:

To confirm reservations, 50% deposit is required. Upon receipt of booking deposit, you will be sent a confirmation for your reservation. The balance of your reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival date. We accept checks, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover and Visa.

Cancellations:

Due to our intimate size & short season, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. In the event that we are unable to re-place a canceled booking the following charges apply:

* if canceled within 90 days of arrival then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged

* if canceled within 60 days of arrival then 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged

All refunds will incur a 10% processing fee.

We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover cancellations.

Weather Delays:

The cost of additional days at the lodge/or other accommodations incurred because of weather, flight schedules or events beyond our control are the responsibility of our guests. If you are held over due to weather, you have the option of activities at 50% reduced rate or no activities at $150/per person.
