To confirm reservations, 50% deposit is required. Upon receipt of booking deposit, you will be sent a confirmation for your reservation. The balance of your reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival date. We accept checks, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover and Visa.

Please know: Redoubt Mountain Lodge is run strictly on generator. Our generator runs between the hours of 6:30am and 11pm.
For guests requiring power throughout the night (example: CPAP machine) you will be responsible for the additional operating cost of generator. Additional fuel & maintenance cost is $75/ per night.
Due to our intimate size & short season, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we
adhere to a strict cancellation policy. In the event that we are unable to re-place a canceled booking the following charges apply:
* if canceled within 90 days of arrival then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged
* if canceled within 60 days of arrival then 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged
All refunds will incur a 10% processing fee.
We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover cancellations.
The cost of additional day(s) at the lodge (or other accommodations) incurred because of weather, flight schedules or events beyond our control are the responsibility of our guests. If held over at the lodge due to weather, there will be an additional charge for overnight lodging (all-inclusive) of $300/per person. Although not common, overnight weather delays do occasionally happen. Historically, we have 1-2 days each season where guests are unable to arrive/depart from lodge due to weather. We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover these types of situations.
