| Reservations
To confirm reservations,
50% deposit is required. Upon receipt of booking deposit,
you will be sent a confirmation for your reservation. The
balance of your reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival
date. We accept personal checks, MasterCard and Visa.

Weather
Delays
The cost
of additional days at the lodge/or other accommodations
incurred because of weather, flight schedules or events
beyond our control are the responsibility of our guests. If
you are held over due to weather, you have the option of
activities at 50% reduced rate or no activities at $100/per
person. |

Cancellations
Deposits
will be refunded minus 15% if cancellation is made 90 days
in advance and we are able to rebook the space. |

Gratuities
The
customary amount is 10-15% of the package (with variation
either way). Many clients prefer to present each staff
member with their share individually or it can be given to
the lodge manager and is then equally divided between the
staff. |
